1. SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We ship to customers worldwide from our facility in China. International shipping is available to most countries, subject to customs regulations and restrictions on pet products.

2. PROCESSING TIME

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped with tracking information

3. SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES

Domestic Shipping (within China):

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days

International Shipping:

  • Standard International: 7-21 business days
  • Express International: 3-7 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

4. SHIPPING COSTS

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method
  • Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount (promotional offers will be displayed at checkout)

5. ORDER TRACKING

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email
  • You can track your package using the carrier's tracking system

6. SHIPPING ADDRESS

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of order placement

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country

8. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We will notify you if any items in your order cannot be shipped to your location.

9. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Lost Packages:

  • If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 7 days
  • We will work with the carrier to locate your package

Damaged Packages:

  • Inspect your package upon delivery

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund

10. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:

  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Refused delivery

You will be responsible for reshipping costs or may request a refund minus original shipping fees.

11. ORDER DELAYS

Delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays
  • Public holidays

12. MULTIPLE ITEM ORDERS

  • Orders with multiple items may be shipped in separate packages
  • You may receive multiple tracking numbers
  • There is no additional shipping charge for split shipments

13. PERISHABLE ITEMS

For perishable pet products (if applicable):

  • Express shipping is recommended
  • We are not responsible for spoilage due to shipping delays beyond our control
  • Orders are shipped at the beginning of the week to avoid weekend delays

14. PO BOXES AND MILITARY ADDRESSES

  • We ship to PO Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO)
  • Delivery times may be longer for these addresses
  • Some shipping methods may not be available
